The firm provides residential valuations for housing associations and lessees in housing association owned property.

Housing associations require valuations for a numbers of purposes, and the firm provides these either directly to the housing association as our client or often as an independent valuer to act for both the housing association and lessee of the property.

The valuations are most commonly for lease extension premiums, shared ownership resales, shared ownership staircasing and a range of schemes such as Right to Buy and Share to Buy.

We provide valuations for properties in Central London, Greater London and South-East London.

Before giving instructions to Foster Slater, we advise you check that the housing association will accept our valuation.
