Foster Slater have been providing a range of services within residential valuation since inception in 1992. Collective Enfranchisement
The firm offers collective enfranchisement valuation advice in accordance with both the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (as amended) and Leasehold Reform Act 1967.
Expert Witness
The firm have undertaken court appointed expert witness work over many years, to provide market valuation advice in settling a range of matters.
Lease Extension
The firm offers lease extension valuation advice in accordance with both the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (as amended) and Leasehold Reform Act 1967.
Lending
Since the company was formed in 1992, valuations of residential property for secured lending purposes have been central to the services we provide.
Shared Ownership
Foster Slater has been providing market valuation advice for shared ownership properties for over 10 years.
Tax
Instructions are provided by a range of companies and individuals requiring Market Valuation advice to assist with tax liabilities for a number of reasons.
Trustees in Bankruptcy
We act as an independent valuer in receivership on behalf of the Trustees in Bankruptcy, providing reports of Market Valuation in accordance with the RICS “Red Book”.
