Foster Slater is an independent family run firm of chartered surveyors providing an extensive range of services to Lending Institutions, Housing Associations and private individuals.
We specialise in residential property and are accredited RICS registered valuers.
The majority of our work is in Central and Greater London (in particular Kensington, Mayfair, Belgravia and Marylebone), although this extends to the Home Counties and South-East.
We offer a personal and bespoke service, providing our clients with expertise and value for money.

We provide valuation advice on all aspects of residential properties for Banks and Building Societies, private individuals, companies / businesses and Housing Associations, and all our advice is prepared based on our extensive knowledge and experience of the market.
Our work includes Market Valuations (we are on the Panel of Valuers for several banks), lease extension / collective enfranchisement, Landlord & Tenant matters including expert witness advice and rent reviews. Our Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover is presently £5,000,000 on an each and every claim basis.
